Deposits
All deposits are NON refundable. If an appointment must be rescheduled please contact us no later than 48 hours before our appointment slot. Deposit can be transferred if proper notification is given. Deposit transfer is not available for any travel slot, due to travel fees. This applies to local slots only.
No Call No Shows
If you no call no show on your appointment date, deposit is forfeited and you will be banned/blocked from future bookings with Enchanted Beauty by Dee.
Cancellations
If you must cancel your appointment please due so at least 48 hours in advanced or deposit is forfeited. If cancelled under 48hrs notice you must rebook and pay a new deposit to secure slot. Please remember that if travel slot is cancelled the deposit is forfeited due to travel fees.
